Clinical/ Medical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner – Full Time
Based in Macclesfield or Remote Working
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a rapidly growing firm during an exciting time of expansion.
Knowledge and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years of clinical/ medical negligence experience (PQE or equivalent).
* Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence claims, capable of managing cases from inception to trial.
* Experience handling claims related to:
o Medical misdiagnosis
o Surgical negligence
o Prescription and medication errors
o Dental negligence
* Excellent client care skills.
* Strong IT skills and confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim preferred but not essential).
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
