Vision For Education is seeking a Creative Arts Assistant to support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, autism, and other learning difficulties in North Tyneside. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills. A passion for working with young people and the ability to build rapport quickly to support positive choices are essential.
Requirements
* Experience working with primary and secondary school children.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
* Passion for the progress of SEND pupils.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong rapport-building skills with students.
* Key qualities: Patience, empathy, strong-willed.
