Provide ongoing client support via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of clients
Train clients on how to use the company’s systems effectively
Investigate and resolve client issues promptly by liaising with internal teams
Schedule and coordinate diary appointments
Prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively throughout the day
Monitor live systems in real-time to ensure smooth operations
Complete general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Engage in self-directed learning to gain a thorough understanding of internal systems
Take responsibility for personal professional development, including attending training sessions
Work flexible hours as required, including evenings and weekends (approximately 1 in 3 weekends)
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
Strong time management and task prioritisation abilities
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal English skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure and as part of a team
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced, changing environment
