Join ActioNet as a Site Technician supporting enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands‑on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.
Locations: Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, France, Greece.
Security Clearance: Secret (US Citizenship required for eligibility).
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals.
* Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points.
* Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms.
* Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
* Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests.
Basic Qualifications
* Active Secret Clearance.
* DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent baseline cybersecurity certification.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with endpoint configuration management platforms (e.g., SCCM/MECM).
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
* 1–3 years of experience in an IT‑related field.
