We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated PPA Teacher to join our vibrant primary school team. This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys delivering high‑quality lessons across a range of year groups and subjects. You will provide release time for class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high expectations in every classroom you teach.

Contract: Full-time / Part-time (PPA Cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £110 - £140 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well‑structured lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on experience).
* Follow the school’s curriculum plans to ensure consistency and progression.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and support their social, emotional and academic development.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, following the school’s behaviour policy with consistency.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure a smooth transition between lessons.
* Provide feedback to class teachers in line with school policy.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS and experience teaching across primary phases.
* Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* A commitment to promoting high standards and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
* The ability to quickly build rapport with staff and pupils.
* A flexible approach and confidence delivering lessons across different subjects.
