Location: Watford (Hybrid, 2–3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £70,000

The Role
As Digital Analytics & Insight Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of their Site Optimisation strategy — helping shape the entire digital customer experience.
You’ll:
* Own digital reporting and deliver insights that shape trading, strategy, and customer experience
* Analyse customer journeys across search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, and funnel performance
* Partner with UX, Digital Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics to improve site performance
* Support experimentation — helping build a test-and-learn culture across digital teams
* Use tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Power BI to measure, optimise, and report performance
Your Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who’s:
* Experienced in digital analytics within a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment
* Confident using GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
* Comfortable building dashboards and reports using Power BI
* Strong at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Collaborative and confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Curious, commercial, and customer-focused with a passion for optimising the digital journey
