Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant college community.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a number of students who need a little extra help. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys and contribute to a positive, inclusive college culture.

We’re looking for someone caring, adaptable, and confident in supporting students in the classroom. The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a proven ability to support young students with diverse needs
2. Build positive, respectful relationships with students
3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
4. Confidently support students in the classroom
5. Be a reliable and proactive team player who works collaboratively with staff across the College
6. Show a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding the College’s values and policies

Location: Henley on Thames
Salary: £23,654.00 full time, pro rata to £16,790.37
Contract Type: Part Time, 32.5 hours a week, 36 weeks a year
