EYFS Teaching Assistant
Are you an experienced Early Years teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity?
Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join a Wigan school, working in their reception class. The role is on a full-time basis 5 day a week starting ASAP. The role is working 8.30-3.30 with daily pay rates for this position £90-£95.
As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing small group support for children with SEN, and helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, as well as a passion for working with young children.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
NVQ level 2 qualification
Experience of working with Early Years children
SEN experience would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
