Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator
About the Role:
We're hiring
Sales Operations Administrators
to support our client, global engineering and technology company. You'll help keep sales operations running smoothly by managing data, processing orders, and supporting internal systems. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain customer and order data in our systems (like Oracle).
* Assist with order processing, returns (RMAs), quotes, and backlog tracking.
* Keep CRM records up to date and document customer interactions.
* Help with reports, data entry, and system checks.
* Work with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
* Support process improvements and system updates.
* Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to improve efficiency.
Who We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of admin or sales support experience (B2B or manufacturing is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
* Comfortable with Excel, CRM, and ERP tools (Oracle experience is a bonus).
* Able to handle fast-paced work with changing priorities.
* Good communication skills for emails and team collaboration.
* A team player who's eager to learn and grow in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles.
