The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely alongside the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will include:
* Leading residential developments from inception to completion.
* Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services.
* Acting as Employers Agent on design and build contracts.
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
* MRICS ideally or working towards
* A RICS Accredited degree qualification
* 3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
* Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
* Pre and post contract experience
* Good communication skills
