As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the data processing team, ensuring the timely clearance of import shipments. You will hold regular team meetings, ensure all procedures are followed at all times, provide training when required, and manage all customer invoicing and compliance issues. This pivotal role requires you to manage and motivate others, lead by example, and ensure all company policies and processes are adhered to.
Experience in Excel is advantageous, but the ability to expand on basic knowledge and learn new systems is more important. The role demands a strong team ethic and the ability to work proactively independently.
