About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP and MES rollouts, automation, and traceability solutions. You will collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into actionable project plans, manage delivery, and ensure impactful outcomes.
1. Lead planning and execution of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources accurately.
4. Ensure tech solutions comply with food manufacturing standards, including traceability and sustainability.
5. Support the rollout of systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Facilitate understanding and successful implementation among team members.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing digital transformation or tech projects.
* Strong project management and IT skills.
* Experience with ERP, MES, or related systems is preferred.
Additional Details
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm core hours.
