Receptionist & Administrator (Part-Time) Monday–Friday, 9.30am–2.30pm
Cannon Estates Sales & Lettings is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist & Administrator to join our busy Cirencester office.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting our team with day-to-day admin.
What you'll do:
* Greet clients and answer calls with a smile
* Manage emails, post, and office enquiries
* Keep records and paperwork up to date
* Book appointments and property viewings
* Assist the sales and lettings team with admin tasks
What we're looking for:
* Great communication skills (face-to-face & phone)
* Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* Confident with Microsoft Office
* Previous admin or customer service experience (property experience a bonus but not essential)
