This welcoming school supports children with a range of additional needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Complex Needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The staff work closely together to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
The Role:
4. Work Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) within the school or college provision.
5. Support students with MLD, Complex Needs, and SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping to improve engagement, independence, and progress.
6. Develop your skills as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) through hands-on experience and expert guidance from the school’s team.
7. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support both in school and at home.
8. Bring a positive, patient, and proactive attitude, building strong relationships and making a lasting impact on each child’s development.
