In this role, you will shape and manage the full digital marketing strategy for top brands across major platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube and more. Your Role As our Paid Media Manager, you will shape and optimise the full digital marketing strategy across leading platforms to generate awareness, acquire new customers, and drive conversions for Wildish's roster of brands. Your responsibilities include: Creating and managing paid campaigns end-to-end for clients across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more Setting strategic direction and growth plans for paid acquisition efforts Spearheading split testing of creative assets to use data-driven results for design decisions Working with our Design & Production team to create compelling ads and content that spark consumer action Proactive in generating ideas & activations for our brands Analysing campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities Forecasting, tracking, and reporting on ROI and KPIs Keep up to date with the latest trends across the paid space Client-facing in presenting findings, results & making recommendations We are looking for someone passionate about paid media who thrives on testing new ideas and technologies to engage today's consumers. Your analytical skills and creative flair will combine to level up our client campaigns and exceed their business goals through paid.
