My client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join my clients well-established East Raynham branch team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting both technicians and customers with their parts requirements.
What you’ll be doing
* Assist customers and technicians with day-to-day queries about machinery parts
* Handle orders, dispatch, and enquiries efficiently, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and stock
* Provide friendly, professional service while supporting showroom and retail operations
* Support the team in meeting sales targets and achieving excellent customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in parts, retail, or a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or motor parts is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and colleagues
* Good numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail
* Competent computer skills, including email and basic systems
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
* Team player with initiative and a smart, professional appearance
* Motivated by sales, targets, and delivering excellent service
What’s on offer
* Full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week, & Saturdays as per rota)
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience (£13.50–£15.50 per hour)
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* 32 days annual leave including bank holidays
