Purpose of the Role

You will assist in leading a proactive, high-quality service to our clients, working closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver strategically sound projects on time, within budget, and aligned with our standards. Reporting to the Account Director, you will help manage daily account activities, support campaign delivery, and oversee specific projects.


Day-to-day Delivery

* Prepare written briefs for internal review before client approval.
* Strive for excellence in scientific, strategic, and creative outputs.
* Review deliverables to ensure they meet the brief and incorporate client feedback.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure projects meet delivery specifications and deadlines.
* Lead project review sessions with the Project Manager.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve issues.


Business Development

* Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and discuss these with senior leaders.
* Participate actively in new business pitches and credential presentations.


Leadership and Direction

* Lead by example for junior team members.
* Inspire high-quality work across agency disciplines.


Line Management and Team Development

* Begin line managing Business Coordinators alongside a Project Manager.
* Delegate effectively to develop team skills and experience.
* Provide timely feedback to support team growth and learning.
