Title : Senior Volunteering Learning Designer

Hours : 35 hours per week
Salary :
£37,800 per annum – Band F Level 3 (Home-based)
£39,560 per annum – Band F Level 3 (Gilwell-based, inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Location and attendance expectations
For a Gilwell-based contract, there is an expectation to attend the office one day per week, plus one additional day per month for collaboration with the wider team.
For a home-based contract, there is an expectation to attend the office approximately once per month.
About the role
You’ll lead learning design activity across volunteering, ensuring our learning offer is engaging, accessible and learner-centred. You’ll manage a small team and work closely with volunteers and colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality learning experiences that make a real difference for young people.
Some evening or weekend working may be required to engage with volunteers.
