Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised People Advisor to provide first‑line HR support to our central team. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality day‑to‑day HR guidance, working closely with the people partnering team to ensure strong processes, effective support for managers and a positive experience for all staff.

You will oversee key people activities including onboarding, induction, absence management and first‑line employee relations queries, escalating where needed. Monthly payroll administration for central staff is a core part of the role, along with maintaining accurate employee files, the single central record and administering benefit schemes. As a key member of the people team, you will support the people senior leadership team with administration and work collaboratively to deliver best practice HR and support organisational priorities.


About You

We are looking for someone CIPD qualified or with equivalent HR experience who has the ability to build relationships with staff across various levels of the organisation. You should have experience providing HR support to managers, a strong understanding of HR processes and confidence handling employee relations issues. You will need the ability to analyse HR data to produce metrics and analytics to support decision making.
