Customer Solutions Analyst - PRB - Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Salary in the region of £30,000 depending on relevant skills and experience, 10% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 27.5 days after 10 years service.
Permanent, Full time.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Milton Keynes office, with flexibility based on business needs. Please note, during the initial training period (approx. 2 months), attendance is required 5 days per week.

About Royal Mail
Our Customer Solutions Team manages and responds to the technical needs of our internal and external customers, ensuring efficient support for shipping and tracking integrations.
About the role
1. Provide support to customers for integration solutions, including Out Of Hours support if needed.
2. Coordinate with internal teams on customer integration updates.
3. Work with suppliers on issue resolution.
4. Maintain documentation for ongoing support.
5. Manage relationships with sales teams to identify IT opportunities and support customer processes.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by onboarding solutions and providing professional support.
7. Communicate effectively about system outages.
8. Analyze data to identify service improvements and proactive measures.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience supporting external customers and engaging with stakeholders up to board level.
* Technical knowledge, preferably in APIs.
* Understanding of express parcels industry and customer operating models.
* Knowledge of process efficiencies, data analysis, file transfer protocols, security, interface definition, configuration, statistical analysis, testing, problem resolution, and benefits evaluation.
* Web services expertise.
* Influencing skills and team management experience.
* Collaborative approach within a team.
