Our Manufacturing Graduate Pathway is the perfect place for an aspiring graduate with a natural interest in the future of manufacturing. The role can be based at either our Coalville or Warrington facility, with travel between all three factories. The pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business and develop you into a strong all‑rounder in the manufacturing field. You will gain a thorough understanding of how Vistry Group’s manufacturing capability supports its housebuilding ambitions.

* Logistics & Supply Chain
* Construction
* Finance & Commercial
* Design
During an 18‑month period you will rotate through these areas. In the final rotation you will agree with your line manager on a specialisation and transition into a role such as Assistant Production Manager or Assistant Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities
* Follow the Manufacturing Pathway, completing all rotations and meeting targets set by each rotational supervisor.
* Take all presented learning opportunities, seeking ways to further develop and challenge yourself.
* Integrate into each team you work with, supporting the team to achieve its goals and establishing lasting professional relationships.
* Absorb knowledge, expertise and advice given by our teams – ask questions and probe to deepen your understanding.
* Contribute to continuous development within Vistry by being proactively involved in key business initiatives, projects and launches, offering ideas and suggestions where opportunities are identified.
* Be an active member of the Vistry Graduate community, supporting peers and participating in (and occasionally hosting) quarterly graduate meetings, masterclasses and professional development opportunities.
* Advocate for careers in construction, representing Vistry Future Talent at career events, fairs and other engagement opportunities.
* Act as a buddy to future graduates, ensuring they receive positive support during their learning journey.
* Commit to completing further study, qualifications and accreditations as appropriate.
* Engage with your leaders and support system throughout the programme, meeting regularly to discuss progress, identify development areas and seek advice.

Qualifications
* A relevant degree at 2:2 or above.
* A valid driver’s licence, as travel between facilities is required.
