Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant In this role, you will play a key part in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Your duties will include: Delivering 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges. Supporting pupils to access the curriculum by adapting and differentiating learning activities. Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils remain engaged and focused in lessons. Working closely with teachers to prepare resources, set up activities, and support day-to-day classroom learning. The Ideal Candidate We are keen to hear from individuals who: Have experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEN environment. Are caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with pupils. Show flexibility, initiative, and confidence when supporting a range of learning needs.
