An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join a fast growing, innovative organisation on a fixed term contract basis. This role sits within a high performing Contracts & Procurement function, supporting the delivery of key programmes in a fast paced environment.
Location: Oxfordshire area - 3 days per week onsite
The Role
You will support the management of end to end procurement and contract activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced in a cost effective, compliant and efficient manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across both procurement and contract management.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting procurement planning, sourcing strategies and programme alignment
Coordinating purchase orders and supplier onboarding activities
Assisting with supplier selection, performance tracking and relationship management
Supporting contract administration including documentation, notices and queries
Contributing to cost saving initiatives and reporting against targets
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programmes
Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting on activityAbout you:
Experience within procurement and contracts, ideally in a fast paced or technical environment
Understanding of procurement processes, contract management and compliance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Degree level education or working towards CIPS is advantageousWhat's on offer:
