Provide one‑to‑one or group interventions as directed by teaching staff. Encourage pupils to develop independence and resilience. Maintain clear communication with the wider team regarding pupil progress. Ideal Teaching Assistant: A Level 3 qualification Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs. Previous experience working with pupils on an EHCP Calm, patient and consistent when helping pupils manage emotions. Able to build positive relationships with learners and encourage engagement. Confident working with small nurture groups. Strong organisational and communication skills. Committed to helping pupils make academic and personal progress.
