What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning and delivering the end-to-end test strategy for retail and corporate systems
* Leading test activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring early and effective QA involvement
* Managing and maintaining in-house test labs supporting the retail terminal network
* Tracking test progress and quality KPIs — turning data into insight and action
* Introducing new testing approaches, tools and innovations (including AI-driven techniques)
* Building, leading and mentoring a high-performing QA team
* Championing collaboration across functions and fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience in test management across retail and business systems
* Solid grasp of software testing across the lifecycle — including automation and performance testing
* Strong understanding of quality KPIs and how to forecast trends
* Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
* Confidence under pressure and a clear focus on delivery
* Team leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive style
