A vacancy has occurred for a Catering Supervisor at Riverside Primary School who is motivated, interested, and takes pride in ensuring that a high standard of food preparation and service is maintained.
Supervisory experience with at least 3 years' experience of good quality cooking and presentation skills is a minimum requirement. A REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification is desirable, with Elementary Food Hygiene an essential requirement. The role involves being responsible for all activities in the kitchen related to food production, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as the Food Safety Act and Health & Safety at Work Act, and meeting the demands of the service provided to customers.
The post is term-time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 2.30pm.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application progresses after the interview, you will be asked to complete the necessary forms and verification.
