We are seeking a new team complex care assistant to work 1:1 with our client in their own home in the outskirts of Edenbridge. Supporting day‑to‑day you will help the client achieve their personal goals and pursue their interests whilst providing clinical and personal care support.
Our client is a gentleman in his 30s with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. He enjoys fitness and physical wellbeing, with typical days spent at the gym, swimming, trampolining, massage, yoga, and at home. He also attends art sessions, community activities, shows at the theatre (primarily musical comedy), shopping, and meetings with friends. The client requires PEG feeding, medication administration, and moving and handling. He communicates via eye movement or typing on his iPad.
