The role
Auraglow is a UK-based lighting brand selling across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces.
We are looking for a full-time remote Amazon Catalogue Operations Specialist to take ownership of Amazon listing health, catalogue structure and marketplace consistency.

Key responsibilities:

- Create, update and troubleshoot listings using Amazon flat files
- Fix parent/child variation issues and broken variation structures
- Investigate suppressed, inactive and stranded listings
- Resolve listing compliance warnings and Account Health catalogue issues

- Keep UK and EU listings aligned with correct content, images, attributes and pricing structure
- Support A+ Content deployment and listing clean-up projects
- Maintain clear task logs, issue notes and daily progress updates
- Escalate issues to Amazon Seller Support when needed, but investigate root causes first
Requirements:
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central catalogue experience
- Strong flat file experience
- Experience fixing parent/child variation issues
- Experience with listing suppressions, compliance warnings or Account Health issues
- Good Excel / Google Sheets ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written English
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable with time tracking and task logging during the trial period
- Available full-time for one company during agreed working hours
Nice to have:
- Amazon UK and EU marketplace experience
- Build International Listings experience
- A+ Content / Brand Registry experience
- Experience with lighting, home, electrical or consumer goods categories
Salary:
$1,200–$1,600 USD per month depending on experience.
This is a full-time remote role. We are looking for someone reliable, organised and practical who can work through Amazon catalogue problems properly rather than simply opening Seller Support cases and waiting.
