Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for an immediate temporary contract with a leading cruise company.
Role Highlights:
* Manage your galley section to deliver exceptional food for guests and crew
* Maintain high culinary and hygiene standards
* Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Previous Chef de Partie experience (cruise, hotel, or high-volume catering)
* Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)
Package:
* USD $2,559 per month
* Accommodation, meals, and travel provided
* Potential for future contracts
