What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the go-to support for a sales team of 10.
* Owning CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and reporting
* Coordinating with legal, ops, onboarding, marketing & product teams
* Handling client queries and driving follow-ups to completion
* Supporting meetings/events and ensuring actions are executed
* Accompany Sales Managers to events and meetings when required, managing completion of follow up actions, Salesforce updates etc.
* Build knowledge of key focused funds to enable the most effective client support and prospect identification.
The role requires:
* 2+ years’ sales support experience in asset management
* Strong understanding of the UK client landscape
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
* Comfortable working across multiple internal stakeholders
