About the Role
Tweezr is expanding its presence in the UK, one of our fastest-growing regions. We’re looking for an Account Executive with experience selling into UK banks, insurance companies, and large financial institutions.
You’ll lead strategic sales cycles, build trusted relationships, and help shape how major UK institutions modernize their legacy systems safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
* Own the entire sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing
* Build and expand relationships across UK-based banks and insurers
* Drive high-quality discovery meetings and map complex enterprise DMUs
* Create tailored commercial proposals demonstrating clear ROI
* Collaborate with product and leadership on customer needs and opportunities
* Represent Tweezr at UK financial services events
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting
Who You Are
* 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
* Strong track record selling into banks or insurance companies in the UK
* Fluent in English
* Bonus: additional European languages
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to run complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
* Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
* Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments
