Shorterm Group is recruiting a skilled Quality Engineer to join a well-established engineering company based in South Oxfordshire. Key Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Engineer role - Strong ability to interpret complex mechanical engineering drawings - Experience producing inspection reports - Willingness to train and support employees on quality-related topics - CMM programming experience (PC-DMIS) would be an advantage Responsibilities - Liaising with customers and suppliers - Working closely with manufacturing and reporting issues to production supervision - Training operators in inspection techniques and equipment - Producing routine final inspection trend analysis and reports - Managing non-conformances and customer complaints using 8D / 5 Whys methodologies Job Details - Permanent position - Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) - Standard day shift hours - Immediate interviews and start dates available - Candidates must be local to Oxfordshire or willing to relocate If you're interested, please apply with your latest CV, and we'll be in touch...
