A successful and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Worcester is seeking a reliable and well-organised Science Technician to join its dedicated Science faculty from January 2026. About the Role You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of engaging, practical science lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Working closely with teachers and fellow technicians, you’ll ensure lessons run smoothly by preparing materials, setting up experiments and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Preparing and clearing away apparatus and solutions for practical lessons. Maintaining chemical stores and laboratory safety records in line with COSHH regulations. Supporting teachers with demonstrations and student practicals. Checking and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and safety. Assisting in displays and resources to support student learning. About You You’ll have a keen eye for detail, good organisational skills and a calm, proactive approach.
