Overview
Roche Health Care are wanting to recruit a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader (Dementia) to join our friendly team at Mansion House in Drax. Salary: from £12.34/£12.55phr for Level 3. Hours: Full time - 36hrs Days. Experience in a Care Home setting essential. We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.

* Hold a current NVQ/Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or must be working towards the qualification with relevant experience.
* Essential: Medication trained
* Experienced in meeting the needs of older people.
* Experience of Care planning and willingness to undertake a qualification in Administration of medicines required.

* Good team working skills - Effective time management skills - Ability to work independently following verbal or written instructions

* Be able to work on own initiative, work under pressure and remain calm
* Be flexible and adaptable - Be aware of own limitations - Provide cover for absence of other Senior Care staff and Team Leaders when required
