Are you an LTQR (Life Time Quality Records) Documental Controller with a background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing? We are seeking a highly skilled Records Professional interested in working at Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Power Station, part of the UK's expanding nuclear sector, specifically focusing on the Main Civil Works programme.
Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation? As an LTQR Coordinator, working within BYLOR's established Records Delivery Programme (RDP), you will manage and control all Records and related 'End' Reports (EMSR/ECSR/EESR), with a focus on Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs) and Civil Works Completions and Handover.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver BYLOR's HK2201 Main Civil Works (MCW) 'Self-performing' Reinforced Concrete and associated work packages, including Reinforcement, Concrete Supply, and Embedded Items.
You will liaise and coordinate with the Off-site Supply Chain, ensuring they are supported in delivering LTQRs and EMSRs promptly and effectively. The role involves nurturing Suppliers to adopt a 'cradle-to-grave' approach, maintaining compliance with the Office of Nuclear Regulation (ONR) requirements, and ensuring smooth communication within the RDP and wider project teams. Significant stakeholder engagement with on-site teams, external clients, and the supply chain is essential, along with collaboration with the Central Engineering team to optimize Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) processes for effective LTQR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As an LTQR Coordinator at Hinkley Point C, your key responsibilities include:
* LTQR Process: Implement BYLOR's LTQR process following the Procedure: Life Time Quality Records (LTQR): HPC-HK2201-000-QAL-000020.
* Field View Digital Platform: Populate and manage Reinforced Concrete LTQRs, ensuring they are signed off and issued correctly. Compile and QA-check digital 'self-performing' works LTQRs (e.g., Reinforced Concrete, Waterproofing).
* Managing Records: Ensure proper management of HK2201 MCW LTQRs, including production, packaging, and submission to demonstrate compliance during construction.
* Snag List / Exception Items Management: Record outstanding issues or defects in FieldView to ensure project completion meets client standards.
* Electronic Data Management Systems: Facilitate storage, organization, and retrieval of digital LTQRs and End-Reports using systems like ASITE and Teamcenter.
* Compliance: Adhere to regulatory, industry standards, and best practices in record-keeping for BYLOR and supply chains.
* Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to follow LTQR management best practices.
Experience Requirements
* Proficiency with EDRMS software (e.g., Asite, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Understanding of LTQR processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to LTQRs.
* Understanding of BYLOR's Handover and Completion processes.
