Job title: Graduate Air Support Engineer
Location: Prestwick (Ayrshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. For this role, attendance at the site is expected 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
1. You will be involved from product conception, architecture, and technical design through to systems integration, testing, and acceptance of a product/system. You will handle task schedules, costs, training, and through-life support, always considering safety and environmental concerns.
2. Supporting the development of strategies to ensure systems are designed and integrated effectively, providing support to project and functional teams.
3. Supporting the design and optimization of system architectures and solutions using system modeling techniques.
4. Determining the emergent properties of a system to support trade-offs, risk reduction, and testing.
5. Defining verification and validation approaches to achieve certification and acceptance of the system.
