The Team

The IPC team is a small group of senior specialists within GTMO Treasury Fulfilment, delivering complex treasury onboarding and implementation projects across Bromley and Chester. Using strong project management skills, the team works closely with global partners to ensure seamless delivery of cash management solutions including accounts, liquidity and payment services. IPCs play a key role in client engagement, support new business pitches and contribute to ongoing client reviews. Collaboration and continuous development are core to our work.

Role Description

This job is responsible for acting as the primary interface to a small portfolio of high‑revenue, complex Treasury clients. It involves leading, directing, influencing and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash‑management and depository products and services while leveraging subject‑matter expertise. You will exercise sound judgment on escalated matters, drive operational excellence and provide key input to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of our client’s global needs during the initial onboarding phase and during implementation of new products/services
• Engage business partners and clients throughout project implementation
• Deliver timely project updates/reports, verbally and electronically, to clients and key business partners
• Plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are met for client projects
• Translate client objectives into comprehensive implementation work plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and key milestones
• Work across the organisation to deliver an effective and seamless experience for our clients

Qualifications

• Good understanding of cash and treasury management products
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead tasks
• Prior experience in financial services or investment banking, ideally with onboarding/KYC of new clients
• Experience managing large‑scale projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage client needs effectively
• Willingness to travel as required and to present materials on conference calls or web‑conferencing tools to varied audiences, including contributing to sales pitches for new clients
• Ability to influence people, drive key deliverables and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
