Key Responsibilities:
As Cluster Events and Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the commercial success of the business through effective events & sales management, including:
8. Managing M&E and group booking enquiries to maximise revenue
9. Supporting pricing and selling strategies for rooms and meeting spaces
10. Conducting site inspections and hotel show rounds
11. Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
12. Managing enquiries from initial contact through to handover
13. Completing post-event follow-ups and customer feedback reviews
14. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
15. Ensuring reservations and event processes are completed accurately
16. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
What we’re looking for:
17. Previous experience within a hotel sales or events role
18. Strong understanding of reservations, meetings, and group business
19. Experience using Delphi, Protel, or similar systems
20. Excellent organisation and communication skills
21. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
22. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
23. Passion for delivering excellent customer service
