Interviews will be conducted as suitable applications are received, therefore it is recommended you apply at your earliest opportunity.</p><h3>Role</h3><p>HR Business Partner – Fixed term contract.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>South West Wales / Hybrid with frequent travel to our offices across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthen and Swansea as well as to our head office in Cardiff and other offices across Wales as required.</p><h3>Hours</h3><p>37 hours a week</p><h3>Salary</h3><p>£42,742 per annum</p><h3>Contract</h3><p>6 month fixed term contract</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation and embedding of our People Strategy by leading and delivering HR projects that contribute to organisational objectives.</li><li>Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.</li><li>Provide expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.</li><li>Support managers through complex employee relations cases and formal procedures.</li><li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.</li><li>Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.</li><li>Act as a trusted change agent and colleague champion.</li><li>Support organisational restructuring, workforce planning, and culture change initiatives.</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Proven experience working as a generalist HR Business Partner.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.</li><li>Experience managing complex employee relations cases and investigations.</li><li>Experience leading cross-organisational HR projects.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data and metrics.</li><li>Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.</li><li>Outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>CIPD Level 5 qualification or above and/or membership of CIPD is desirable</li></ul><h3>Other requirements</h3><ul><li>Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle - there will be a requirement to travel throughout Wales to other Cartrefi Cymru offices, therefore, the use of a car with appropriate business insurance will be required</li></ul><h3>Our Benefits</h3><ul><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>25 days annual leave pro rata</li><li>Health and Wellbeing programme - 24 hour access to our Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Benefits and discount platform</li><li>Hybrid working arrangements</li><li>Eligibility to apply for Blue Light discount card</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3><p>Our mission is to build a better future by focusing on people with learning disabilities and their families.
