A growing contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit‑out works is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing several projects simultaneously from pre-start through to completion
* Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
* Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings
* Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
Requirements
* Experience managing multiple construction projects concurrently
* Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
* SMSTS and CSCS (Black or Gold)
* Ability to lead teams and drive performance on site
