Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Our client is seeking a highly organised, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their senior leadership team while ensuring the smooth daily running of their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in both operational efficiency and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Arrange international and domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
Ensure executives' schedules, deadlines, and priorities are well managed.
Act as the primary liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Oversee and track team expenses, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.Office Management Duties
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain a smooth, efficient working environment.
Manage office supplies, inventory, meeting rooms, and general office upkeep.
Liaise with IT support to resolve technical issues and maintain office technology.
Coordinate company events, meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and office policies.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services or venture capital.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive information.
