What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating your team to deliver amazing
customer experiences
* Managing food
quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
* Troubleshooting issues and ensuring everything runs
smoothly
* Communicating with upper management to improve
performance
What We’re Looking For
A natural leader with great people skills
Strong communication and the ability to motivate a
team
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality
role is a plus

detail and a problem-solving mindset
