The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level part-time management role that involves selling shoes and managing the sales team when you are the manager on duty. What you will do:
1. Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
2. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
3. Ring up sales, process payments, and handle cash and credit cards.
4. Help restock the sales floor.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Train others in sales and customer service.
7. Lead the team to ensure excellent customer service.
8. Make deposits at the bank.
9. Process freight and set up the sales floor as shipments arrive.

What you need:
* Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
