We’re looking for a dynamic, inspirational, student‑centred leader who will champion outstanding outcomes for learners aged 16‑19 with high needs. You will drive positive change, lead with purpose, and build a culture where high aspiration and individuality sit at the heart of every decision.
As Head of Faculty, you’ll:
* Lead a forward‑thinking SEND faculty with compassion, high expectations and strategic clarity
* Ensure our bespoke curriculum is innovative, inclusive and future‑focused
* Empower staff through coaching, collaboration and a clear vision
* Drive quality, progression and high‑impact outcomes for all learners
* Champion safeguarding, equality and inclusion across every aspect of the faculty
* Play a key role on the College Management Team, influencing college‑wide strategy during a period of growth and transformation
