Senior Electrical Engineer - London (Hybrid) A growing sustainability-focused building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Oxfordshire office. This is a hybrid role, working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors. The practice delivers a wide range of mechanical and electrical design services, including sustainable solutions, lighting design, building physics, and low-energy strategies. Projects span new builds, refurbishments, extensions, fit-outs, masterplans, and long-term asset management. Clients include architects, developers, contractors, and project consultants, with sectors covering education, healthcare, commercial, heritage, transport, hospitality, and community developments. The Role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead on design and project delivery, while providing oversight and mentorship to engineers and technicians. You'll ensure projects meet quality standards and manage workflows from inception to handover. The role also offers opportunities to develop commercial skills, including fee proposals, bidding, and financial management.
