Role Overview: Wynnstay Group is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality & Compliance Site Lead to take ownership of all quality control, feed safety, and compliance activities at site level. This pivotal role ensures that all feed and product manufactured at the mill consistently meets legislative requirements, assurance scheme standards, and Wynnstay’s own high-quality expectations. Reporting to the Quality Control & Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the site manufacturing team to embed robust quality standards, effective risk management, and a strong “audit-ready” culture across operations. You will lead the implementation of HACCP controls, oversee the management and take records of non-conforming product and ensure quality procedures are consistently applied in a way that supports both compliance and operational practicality.
