Overview

ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

Salary: £25,000.00

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

Are you customer service focused? Do your team mates love working with you? Can you multi-task and prioritise to make sure things get done?

We have the job for you! At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are looking for a new Account Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. You will be comfortable working towards strict SLAs and able to build productive relationships to ensure consistently high standards of work.

You will be happy talking to members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments and working in a fast paced environment, as well as dealing with external agents and providing them with clear instructions and deadlines.

You will be a real people person but also tenacious and happy to organise and chase down reports to fulfil targets.

You will be computer literate with proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and familiar with using data to produce reports.


Responsibilities

* Talk to members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments.
* Interact with external agents and provide clear instructions and deadlines.
* Build productive relationships to maintain high standards of work and meet SLAs.
* Create and chase reports to fulfil targets.
* Work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and prioritising effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

* Personable yet professional with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
* Motivated to overcome problems and multi-task to meet targets and deadlines.
* Able to work autonomously and make important decisions with minimal input from others, while contributing to a team ethos.
* Experience-driven role requiring a good general education, strong work ethic, and a passion for people.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
