With 20 years of steady repeat business, they offer stable workload, professional environment and NI-only project delivery (no UK travel / no nights away). The Ideal Person * Experience managing fit-out / interiors projects (commercial / retail / education / healthcare) * Site Managers / Construction Managers with strong fit-out experience also encouraged to apply * Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders * Strong commercial awareness and programme control * CSR card Driving Licence essential * SMSTS / First Aid desirable Responsibilities As Project Manager you will: * Lead and deliver multiple NI fit-out projects from inception to handover * Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour * Maintain project programmes and resource schedules * Chair progress meetings and manage client communication * Track cost, change, variations and programme with commercial team * Ensure all projects are delivered to HSEQ standards * Oversee quality control, snagging and final close-out Remuneration £45,000 - £55,000 DOE car benefits * NI only - no GB travel, no hotel airport lifestyle For further information on this vacancy, or any other Fit-Out job in Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Dan Orr in the strictest confidence.
