About the position
* Overseeing the daily operations of the front office and maintaining the highest standards
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel
* Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
* Maintain a strong relationship with all the guests
* Achieve department KPIs
* Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
* Manage the front office rotas
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in a 5 star luxury hotel
* Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
* Must have Opera Cloud experience
* Fluent xsngvjr in English, both written and spoken
* A natural team leader
* Must be able to drive to the hotel
