What you'll be doing
This is a permanent role based in Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, or Watford.
You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with optional overtime.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from home. Your role involves assisting customers by diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs or replacements, or battery issues, ensuring they can continue their journey safely.
* Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £44,000-£48,000.

What you'll need
* Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
* A current Category B driving license.
* NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
* Empathy and a commitment to achieving the best outcome for customers.
* Experience in the motor repair industry.
* Experience working independently (desirable).
* Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
* Adherence to best practices and health & safety standards.
* Ability to collaborate with dispatch teams to enhance the customer experience.
* Self-initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
